How to check brake kit fitment. Fit Templates.

Big Brake Kit Wheel Fitment Guide

Checking to see if our brake kits will fit your wheels is as simple as printing out the template and checking it against your specific wheels.  This is a step by step guide on how to do that.

Step 1: Download the correct version of the wheel fitment template. Templates can be found in the product description. Print the wheel fitment template in actual scale.Tip: Go to Printer Properties - Select "Scale: 100" instead of "Fit to page"

Step 2: Using a ruler, verify if the marked length and width on the template matches the measurements from the ruler. If the numbers do not match, re-print it using the 100% scale in step 1.

Step 3: Paste the template onto cardboard to increase rigidity and cut along the dashed line shown on the template.  The dashed line is your minimum clearance.

Step 4: Place the template on the inside surface of the wheel, inside the wheel center hole and hub centric ring as shown.  Make sure the template is aligned properly, as centered as possible and sits flush against the inside surface of the wheel.  Ideally you want 3-4mm of clearance past the dashed line.

If there is no contact, the brakes will fit.  Contact us with any questions or if you need assistance.
