Finally got this kit installed and the descriptions are 100% accurate. The brakes stop hard and required pedal effort is lower. A welcome surprise was modulation has improved over the OEM brakes. It took a while to arrive to the US with the global shipping situation but well worth it. Chris and Joe were extremely helpful throughout and in constant communication. You can't go wrong with these.

I have these brakes installed on my 2020 Raptor. Up until about two weeks ago I had zero issues with these brakes. Unfortunately, something happened to the passenger side front outer brake pad that caused it to fail, and before I even realized what was happening, it started to eat into the rotor. For me, this was not a significant repair issue as I was able to change it in my driveway. Chris’ customer service was top-notch and the parts that he corrected for me helped me to get the job done within an hour of receiving the parts. I changed out both rotors and all four pads on the front. it must be noted that the three remaining pads were still in excellent condition and the driver side front rotor was still in excellent condition. I changed out both rotors and all break pads out of an abundance of caution and due to possible wear differences. I still don’t know what happened to that outer brake pad that caused it to fail and start cutting into the rotor. I appreciate everything that Chris did to help me get this job finished correctly as fast as possible.

I drive a heavily modified 2017 Raptor - and with adding all the 'go' to it - I also needed to upgrade the braking - this Alcon Kits not only added the stopping power, but looks good doing it. Needed a front brake job on my 2015 Polestar. The only place that could sell me the rotor was my local Volvo dealer, for a total of 2200can$ all tx included. Bought Paragon rotor from Alcon Brake for 1500can$ all included. No braokage fee. The quality is superb and the customer service is quick and friendly.

The Alcon rotors are serviceable, hats are of excellent quality and are at a good price. I recommend them! I have 4 track days on them and they look fine. Sebring International Raceway isn't easy on brakes either.
