Install went well. Still need to bed the pads. Original set warped a bit too quickly.

I have these brakes installed on my 2020 Raptor. Up until about two weeks ago I had zero issues with these brakes. Unfortunately, something happened to the passenger side front outer brake pad that caused it to fail, and before I even realized what was happening, it started to eat into the rotor. For me, this was not a significant repair issue as I was able to change it in my driveway. Chris’ customer service was top-notch and the parts that he corrected for me helped me to get the job done within an hour of receiving the parts. I changed out both rotors and all four pads on the front. it must be noted that the three remaining pads were still in excellent condition and the driver side front rotor was still in excellent condition. I changed out both rotors and all break pads out of an abundance of caution and due to possible wear differences. I still don’t know what happened to that outer brake pad that caused it to fail and start cutting into the rotor. I appreciate everything that Chris did to help me get this job finished correctly as fast as possible.

I drive a heavily modified 2017 Raptor - and with adding all the 'go' to it - I also needed to upgrade the braking - this Alcon Kits not only added the stopping power, but looks good doing it. But beyond the product - the service and support I received was un matched - I recently rebuilt these front calipers - and they knowledge, tooling and willingness to answer questions make this easy and successful. Can't say enough about the team there.

Chris and Joe were very responsive and excellent at getting back to me proactively. I went to 3 different shops to get new rotors - after 10 years and about 120,000 miles on this set up. The shops couldn't figure out how to get me the parts - Chris and Joe were outstanding and got me the parts 6 weeks before they finally came in at the shop. Great job and excellent customer service!
