Experience superior stopping power, excellent modulation and control, and high fade resistance with Winmax Alcon CAR89 Caliper Brake Pads. These high performance brake pads are manufactured by Winmax Japan, a highly recognized company with 60 years of experience in the industry.

Designed for race proven friction materials, these brake pads are the perfect match for Paragon rotors, providing confidence at every braking point, lap after lap. They are commonly used in applications such as Paragon PA015, PA035 calipers, AP CP9660, CP5060 calipers, Alcon TA6/CAR11/CAR89 calipers, and more.

Paragon Brake Pad Compounds

Choose from four different compounds to suit your driving needs:

  • P2 Compound: The P2 'Sport Comfort' compound is ideal for street use, offering a balance between performance and street friendliness. It has minimal brake dust and noise, improved initial bite and modulation, and a higher coefficient of friction for increased stopping power. It works as designed from ambient temperature and is recommended for daily driven vehicles with performance in mind.
  • P3 Compound: The P3 'Road & Track' compound is an all-round option, suitable for sport driving, autocross, and light track duty while still maintaining street drivability. It has a low level of brake dust and noise, good coefficient of friction, and is capable for track conditions. It works as designed from ambient temperature and is a great rear pad option for those who prefer a more front biased setup.
  • R5 Compound: The R5 'High Friction Track/Competition' compound is designed for dedicated track use. It has a high coefficient of friction, precise modulation and release characteristics, and is highly fade resistant with a wide temperature range. It is a great front pad option for lighter cars and a rear pad option for those who prefer a more front biased setup.
  • R7 Compound: The R7 'Maximum Friction Track/Competition' compound is a full race option with maximum coefficient of friction. It is ideal for advanced high speed track events, competitions, and heavier cars that require maximum braking performance.
