Expertly tested in Australia, these shock absorbers easily adjust for improved on-road comfort and off-road handling.
Constructed from 6061 T6 aluminum with Type 3 40 micron anodizing for superior heat dissipation, corrosion and stone damage resistance. Designed, developed and tested by ARB's Old Man Emu ride engineers, all BP-51 shock absorbers are made in-house with total control of the manufacturing process for optimal quality.
Features & Benefits of the LC200 Lift Kit
This kit offers independent adjustability of both rebound and compression.
It includes a durable Dash 6 high-temperature Teflon hose for optimum oil flow, as well as large, Teflon-lined spherical bearings and quality oversized rubber bushings for excellent longevity.
The hard chromed, ground piston shaft adds strength and durability, while the impact-resistant polyethylene guard protects the shaft.
Made from high-quality X5K grade steel, the coils are suitable for use on coil over models, specifically KDSS models. The front coilover is adjustable for no weight and a front bumper, but not for rear bumpers or added weight.
The kit also comes with a 6061 grade aluminum top hat.

WHAT IS BYPASS TECHNOLOGY?
Along with typical velocity-sensitive damping, BP-51 shock absorbers also generate damping based on the piston's position within the shock absorber's body through their bypass design. Instead of only relying on fluid flowing through the piston, these shock absorbers have an additional path for fluid to pass around the piston, resulting in a comfortable and compliant ride during normal driving and a more controlled ride over challenging terrain. This improved design allows for greater levels of damping at the end of the stroke, preventing harsh topping out against the bump stop and providing smoother absorption of larger bumps and corrugations.
