These pads are the original Alcon pads provided in your Heavy Duty/Military Truck braking kit. 16.5mm thick. The Lower Noise/Dust pad was designed primarily for those who may have experience brake pad squeal.  They have around 10-15% less torque in exchange for 30% more mileage and lower dust/noise.  The Original Performance Pad is the compound originally equipped with the Alcon Brake Kit.
