PRODUCT INFORMATION

DBA 5000 Series T3 rotors share all the metallurgy and heat-treatment technology of the 4000 Series, XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron, Thermal Stability Profiling, and Kangaroo Paw ventilation, in a two-piece composite design. The cast iron friction ring is bolted to a 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium hat (DBA's Aluma-Lite) using National Aerospace Standard (NAS) bolts and crimp nuts, which cuts unsprung weight and reduces heat transfer from the rotor into the hub and wheel bearings. The T3 tri-symmetrical slot pattern is the same CNC-machined design used across the 4000 Series.

Choose 5000 Series T3 if you're running high-performance street duty, track days, or club racing and want the reduced rotational mass and better heat isolation of a two-piece rotor without giving up any of the 4000 Series' braking performance.
