PRODUCT INFORMATION

This is a DBA 5000 Series replacement friction ring only, sold without the aluminium hat, designed to replace just the cast iron ring on an existing DBA 5000 Series two-piece rotor. It's cast from the same XG-150 high carbon iron and put through the same Thermal Stability Profiling as a complete 5000 Series assembly.

Choose a replacement ring if your existing 5000 Series aluminium hat is still in good condition; DBA recommends inspecting the hat for wear or damage before reusing it, and using DBA-spec bolts and nuts torqued to 13 Nm (9.6 ft-lb) when reassembling.
