Superior braking and cooling efficiency optimized for track and race applications. It features 72 directional ventilation vanes to create suction, turbulence, and guides cool air through the rotor for improved heat dissipation and increased resistance to cracking under harsh track condition.

Made of CM-250 special formulated high carbon alloy cast iron, it allows for an optimal bite, thermal characteristics, high-temperature strength and durability. Rotor rings are heat treated to release stress in the rotor to avoid deformation and vibration then turned by state-of-the-art CBN surface machining to ensure better break-in with new brake pads.

Vibration is reduced as the rotor lateral run-out is kept within 0.03mm and well-balanced: variations are kept within 2 grams. All rotor rings went through rigorous quality control procedures and inspections to ensure the rotor rings are fit for their purposes. The floating 2-piece design allows thermal expansion of the rotor while minimizing deformation and ensuring the rotor is self-centered with the pads. A slotted rotor improves braking consistency by maintaining a clean contact surface and dissipate heat generated and gases released when the pads come into contact with the rotors. Slotted rotors have a superior advantage over blank rotors in wet or raining conditions by preventing water films to form between the brake pad and rotor surface. Weighing less than most O.E. rotors while maintaining proper thermal capacity, our rotors improves overall handling by saving unsprung mass.

  • 72 Directional ventilation vanes for optimal cooling performance and increased resistance to cracking. Run up to 30% cooler than O.E. rotors and increase cooling efficiency by up to 30%

  • Floating 2-piece design

  • Minimizing brake fade & judder during extended sessions

Includes:

  • One pair Performance Rotor Ring (LH & RH)

  • Detailed installation manual

Common application: Alcon Advantage Extreme 6 piston brake kits

These discs are direct replacements for your Alcon-Paragon BBK. They will bolt on and are directional .We also suggest replacing your brake pads and hardware when buying new rings. Replacing the pads at this times guarantees better rotor life and better break-in than using old pads.

We offer an aftermarket rotor with straight slots that has narrower air gap and is therefore less able to shed heat in race conditions.

The Alcon race version has a wider air gap for less unsprung weight and better cooling in extreme conditions. It has the partented Alcon crescent grooves

Advantage discs have been engineered to produce optimum bite, thermal stability and durability in an exceptionally high strength to low weight design. This hasbeen achieved by combining a special Alcon developed iron alloy disc with an aerospace specification alloy bell.Other Alcon disc benefits include

  • Unique crescent grooves on friction faces provide the bite usually associated with drilled discs without the attendant durability problems
  • Directionally curved cooling vanes for optimum cooling performance
  • Alcon's floating disc system (as used in the majority of applications) has been designed to allow thermal expansion of the disc throughout it's life while minimizing the tendency to shudder.

This part is the Disc ONLY.

Frequently asked questions on Alcon Brakes

Why buy from Alconkits.com?

Can I buy Alcon Brakes and parts somewhere else?

Yes, some general automotive retailers and online marketplaces may list Alcon brake kits or individual components. However, Alcon brake systems are engineered, vehicle-specific systems, not commodity parts.

When purchased from Alconkits.com, you are buying directly from a specialist Alcon distributor with deep application knowledge, fitment validation experience, and long-term service support. This ensures you receive the correct configuration, pad compound guidance, wheel-clearance assistance, and ongoing support throughout the life of the brakes.

Why should I buy this kit from Alconkits.com instead of a retailer like eBay or Amazon, or marketplace?

Alconkits.com specializes exclusively in Alcon brake systems. We are not a general parts reseller.

When you buy from Alconkits.com, you get:

  • Application-specific guidance for heavy trucks like the Ram TRX
  • Fitment advice on your brakes to ensure they clear your wheels with guaranteed compatibility with your vehicle.
  • Wheel-fitment and clearance validation support
  • Pad compound recommendations based on real-world use (street, off-road, towing, track)
  • Access to replacement pads, rotors, seals, and service parts long after purchase
  • Lifetime technical support from Alcon brake specialists

Most marketplaces can sell a box. We support the entire brake system lifecycle for as long as you own it.

What makes Alcon big brake kits different from other aftermarket brake options?

Alcon brake kits are engineered systems, not assembled collections of parts.

Each kit is designed with:

  • Vehicle-specific caliper piston sizing
  • High-mass rotors for thermal capacity on heavy vehicles
  • Motorsport-grade materials and manufacturing processes
  • Compatibility with factory ABS, traction control, and master cylinder

This results in more consistent pedal feel, better heat management, and superior durability compared to budget or generic big brake kits.

Are Alcon brake parts “one-size-fits-all”?

No. Alcon brake kits are application-specific.

Vehicle weight, intended use, rotor size, caliper configuration, and pad compound all matter—especially on high-performance cars and trucks. Selecting the wrong configuration or pad compound can reduce braking performance, increase noise, or accelerate wear.

This is why buying from the specialist distributor, Alconkits.com, matters.

What type of driver is Alcon REVO 380mm x 32mm Discs (Pair) for?

Manufactured by Alcon Brakes, we recommend this as being suitable for the following driving styles:

  • Street
  • Sporting
  • Street/Track
  • Armored/OffRoad
  • Track/Race

After purchase support questions.

What happens if I need pads, rotors, or service parts in the future?

This is THE question to ask. Alcon brake systems are fully serviceable.

When you purchase from Alconkits.com, you have long-term access to:

  • Replacement brake pads
  • Replacement rotors
  • Seal kits and service components
  • Technical guidance for maintenance and service intervals

This is a major advantage over marketplace sellers who may not support the product after the sale. We know what fits, we stock it, and we don't sell you parts you don't need.

Why does this Alcon brake kit cost more than stock brakes or some aftermarket options?

Alcon brake kits are built to deliver higher performance, durability, and consistency than OEM or budget aftermarket brakes.

The cost reflects:

  • Larger, higher-mass rotors for heat control
  • Precision-machined multi-piston calipers
  • Motorsport-grade materials and testing
  • Long-term serviceability and support

This is not a cosmetic upgrade—it is a functional braking system designed for demanding use.

Is Alconkits.com an authorized Alcon distributor?

Yes. Alconkits.com is an authorized and specialist Alcon distributor with one of the largest Alcon-focused catalogs and knowledge bases available.

Our team has extensive experience supporting Alcon brake systems across trucks, SUVs, performance cars, and specialized applications.
